The Timberwolves quickly found themselves in unfamiliar territory, as the Lakers came out firing, overwhelming Minnesota with a 34-15 lead in the first quarter. Despite pushing back in the second half, the Wolves couldn't string together enough stops or baskets to seriously threaten Los Angeles down the stretch.

The Minnesota Timberwolves weren’t able to win on Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers, but Anthony Edwards doesn’t seem to be too worried. Speaking with Rachel Nichols after the game, he said he knows exactly what his team has to do as the series heads back home.

The Timberwolves found frustration immediately in Tuesday’s 94-85 loss but expressed confidence they can correct matters by Game 3 on Friday.
