EXTENDED FORECAST: Thursday temperatures will be in the lower 70s once again. Thursday morning and night more rain is in the forecast with widespread rain moving back into the area Friday.

We started the day with sunshine but clouds started increasing from the west by midday. Temperatures soared back up into into the low 70s in Denver this afternoon thanks to that early sun.
