NEW YORK — Dr. Seuss has a present for you — as long as you were born on March 2.

The Public Library is planning its second Dr. Seuss Day from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 8 at Pulse Coffee Company at 138 S. Market St. in New Wilmington. The event will feature games, storytellers from Friends of the Library and a performance by members of the Playhouse as well as green eggs and ham from Theo's Creperie,

Dr. Seuss Enterprises, which last year offered 10,000 free copies of “The Cat in the Hat” to babies born on March 2, will expand the offer this year to anyone with that birthday. Dr. Seuss, born Theodor Geisel,
