Grafton woman charged in fatal Lorain hit-skip
A 53-year-old Grafton woman was charged Feb. 10 in the fatal hit-skip incident at 1420 Cooper Foster Park Road on Feb. 8, according to a news release issued by Lorain police Sgt. Tom Orlosky.
