Patna: Four children, three of them siblings, were charred to death in a fire that ravaged a slum in Bariarpur police station area of Muzaffarpur dist.

Their first son Griffin needed open-heart surgery at just 3 months old, and in hospital they learned about foster kids with medical needs.
