An attorney for Duane Davis, the suspect in the killing of hip-hop icon Tupac Shakur, has alleged that another person and his team organized the shooting near the Las Vegas Strip.
Keefe D will still stand trial in April of this year, though, based on a separate incident which occurred last year while he was incarcerated.
