James Bond is in serious danger. According to Variety, the British spy franchise now lies in the hands of none other than Bezos, Jeff Bezos. For over four years, Amazon MGM Studios reportedly worked behind the scenes to gain creative control of the James Bond franchise.

It’s been four years since Daniel Craig’s final outing as Bond, “No Time To Die,” hit theaters. Rumors about casting and directors have proliferated to the point some outlets reported that Aaron Taylor-Johnson had signed on to play Bond.

Long-serving masterminds Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson are giving creative control to Amazon MGM Studios.
