Caitlin Clark did not return to the court for the June 10 game against Atlanta. She's now missed five games. Here's what we know about her injury.
Stephanie White Addresses Caitlin Clark’s Injury Status on Tuesday originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Indiana Fever were in Atlanta on Tuesday night to face the Dream for their third matchup of the 2025 WNBA season, taking the court without reigning Rookie of the Year Caitlin Clark.
“Cathy (Engelbert) added a lot of games. Nine games in 18 days; that’s not really responsible for a commissioner,” said the Mercury’s Satou Sabally following a 77-89 loss on Saturday to the Storm. Sabally’s comments came on the heels of Phoenix’s fourth game of the week, which led the team to reach ten games played before any other league member.
Saturday, the Clark-less Fever traveled to Chicago to take on the Sky, a matchup that yielded 1.92 million viewers — the third-most of any game in the WNBA this season, the league reported Tuesday. The Fever won, 79-52, returning to .500, while the Sky fell to 2-5.
