According to investigators, the crash happened on the 900 block of Jackson Avenue around 9:48 p.m. Police say the driver was heading north on Jackson Avenue when he swerved left, hitting the neutral ground and then hitting a tree. The driver's vehicle flipped and he was ejected from the vehicle.
