New Chelsea signing Liam Delap left an impression as he contributed to the Blues’ 2–0 victory over LAFC in their Club World Cup opener off the bench.

LAFC acquired attacker Javairô Dilrosun on loan from LIGA MX powerhouse Club América last week, during the bonus Club World Cup transfer window allowed to participating teams. He’ll be with the team through July 24 at least, but LAFC have a purchase option.

Rumors of departures from América continue, as Brian Rodríguez, who had previously admitted interest from Inter Miami, is also reportedly on the radar of Los Angeles FC.Welcome back Brian 👋
