The third co-defendant involved in the alleged illegal gambling operation alongside former Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez has bonded out of jail after turning himself in late Tuesday night.

Marcos Lopez's arrest, he filed a financial disclosure form stating he made $250,000 as sheriff and $215,000 total, along with some pension money, but didn’t report any homes or bank savings.

Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez was charged with one count of racketeering and one count of conspiracy to commit racketeering, prosecutors said.
