In the midst of the wildfires raging through Los Angeles area, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have opened their Southern California dwelling to loved ones who have been forced to evacuate, People reports.

Harry and Meghan are understood to have invited friends who have been evacuated from their homes amid the wildfires into their mansion.

A spokesperson for Southern California Edison previously said the couple's home was in a "high risk zone," but they remain safe as of Friday.
