The latest threat comes less than a week after an EF-1 tornado tore through Dothan, causing damage that included fierce winds that ripped the roof from a school, slightly injuring several students.
On Saturday at 8:30 p.m. a tornado watch was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until Sunday at 3 a.m. for Colbert, Franklin and Lauderdale counties.
