IMO it's a bit ambiguous a sentence. I take that as Aprilia are offering 4 years warranty on any new bike bought after November 19. So instead of the standard 2 years it's now 4. I have contacted the dealer I bought the bike from as well as Aprilia as it does seem to causing some confusion. Hopefully they'll come back with an answer soon.
