Unfortunately we got fine from Bentley that there is license overuse. This mostly occurred due to overlap of licensing between system. Due to this large fine, company keeping 1/2 separate systems for STAAD only and STAAD is removed from all other systems. Why can’t they implement like CSI like we can’t open ETABS if licenses are already in use.

Nov 6, 2022 · Hey guys, I got a Bentley Systems Software Engineer internship OA today. Any tips or idea of what to expect? They said its a 60 minute exam with 3 questions, each harder than the previous one.

Bentley systems is TRASH!!! We use notevault at work. Had several problems uploading reports, they said we need to go through re-training on how to upload?!? I can only Upload 5 pictures at a time. If you have a job with a lot of reports the app gets bogged down like it’s on the original version of windows. Trash

Oct 8, 2021 · Bentley IPO'd recently relatively speaking. Autodesk IPO'd ages ago. That might not matter but sometimes getting in close to IPO can yield the best gains Bentley just seems so niche to me that I don't know of anyone at all who does boring logs without gINT.

May 11, 2022 · Microsoft pushed out a critical security update KB5013942 over the last couple days that will cripple a machine running at least 21H2 if you are using Bentley Software. Only fix ATM is to remove said update. It kills the Connection Client (licensing software) and doesn't allow it to open or run properly.
