Nov 22, 2021 · The bottle I have is the Essential 1, 2000 iu Vitamin D3. 100 mcg Methyl B12. 1200 mcg Biotin. 400 mcg biotin. 400 mcg Methyl Folate. Lutein, Lycopene & Zeaxanthin. Best by 04-30-2023. They really smell bad! I have stopped taking them. I hope Andrew will give answers to all the consumers who are concerned about this problem.

I have been taking the Essential-1 vitamins for years. This last order has a terrible rancid smell and has dark specks, like pepper, in them. I looked on the reviews on this vitamin. There were numerous complaints about the smell. I’ve never wanted to be without his products and I ordered these when on special in May.

But last night I found Essential 1 without CO-q10 and vit. k at some other site. I can’t take CO-q10 and vit. K. I hope sometime Andrew can get this former Essential 1 back for the people who can’t take CO-q10 and vitamin K and have the others for the ones who can take those 2 vitamins. Thanks Andrew for great vitamins.
