Dec 10, 2021 · The scammers can make it way whatever they want. If there's no record on your Roku user web page of an HBO (or some other) subscription (which is more than $9.99 monthly anyway), then Roku is not billing you. Disputing the charge on your credit card is the only way to stop a bogus charge.
HBO Max Not Keeping Track of Series Viewing Progress

I am hoping the streaming wizards at HBO will figure it out fairly soon as I don’t have any issue with the other streaming platforms, I.e. Netflix, Prime, etc.

May 23, 2023 · The transition from HBO MAX to MAX did not work for me. I tried to connect through provider. I went through the steps, but the app never moved past the screen that gave the number to enter on the website. I tried to enter the user name and password. After I did this, the MAX channel exited. Now, I can no longer launch the MAX channel.
