Sep 10, 2015 · I am unable to type a question mark on my computer. The problem is not the shift key, since I am able to use it for secondary functions on all other keys. Oct 19, 2015 · All my searches on the internet pertain to previous versions of windows and don`t work for me on windows 10. Although holding down the left Ctrl + Shift keys seems to correct some of these issues for a while, the shift 2 and 3 keys quickly revert back to " and / while the question mark, / key always stays É é.
