Feb 3, 2017 · Pretty sure Flexi is the same as Corel and already has a Pantone pallet. It's no guarantee, but if you use that color pallet in your design you should get closer. When you use the pantone pallet it sends the pantone # to the printer instead of RGB or CMYK and then the rip knows exactly what you are shooting for.

Jun 10, 2020 · In Avery the closest I see in hue for high performance is Tropical Blue A9503-O, but it's a step or two lighter (the book says it's a match for Pantone 297 C although actual Pantone 279 C is less purple looking). In the translucent range it's basically the same story, Tropical Blue A9503-T. Similar hue but lighter than Pantone 7683 C.

Apr 25, 2011 · Having a regular Pantone Swatch book is a good thing to have. The most helpful Pantone book you are looking for is called the Color Bridge Coated, or the Process Coated. Those will give you actual CMYK values instead of ink mixing values that press operators need for mixing cans of ink.
