Jan 11, 2025 · Yes, 2019 seems like yesterday and forever ago. I think the Red Sea G2 version was introduced in 2022. There were many subtle improvements to both the tank and the stand. The G2 is not notably heavier and more robust, including the armored seams that I mentioned before. I would be very comfortable getting or recommending a G2 nano.
