Infinite Warfare was a fusion which is why it was nearly perfect. Nov 29, 2023 · I prefer Insomniac's combat. I liked the openendedness of Treyarch's system, particularly as a huge DMC fan at the time, but it never felt as cohesive as it could have. The ground to air to wall combos had a lot of potential but it was just too janky to bother with most of the time. And the web strike was so powerful. Perhaps it is underrated.
