MH4U in particular had Gravios as a pretty common target, and there was also Apex Gravios (Which is actually quite fun, I would look up a video) Black Gravios, Basarios, and Ruby Basarios that are very similar fights.

His armored legs do actually break and lose that armor, and his weak spot is his chest, which some weapons can reasonably reach on the ground.

But you could also make a gravios retreat. One seems to spawn just before the place where the uragann story battle took place on the volcano trail.

Oct 6, 2018 · I did the urgent HR Gravios with a Fighter-cat (using mostly melee) and it was honestly a pretty fun fight, just a bit too long really. He's pretty good to train the aerial dodge with, and it's easy to connect most hits with the aerial spinning wheel attack since he's so tall.
